Getting a glimpse of how cosmetic surgery might change your appearance is easy. All it takes is a Picture  -- taken with a digital camera, scanned from a regular photograph, or a hard copy of the picture sent to us -- Your Computer, and a Credit Card! Here's How it Works We have developed an easy-to-use form that will help you make your request. You will be guided through the process of entering information that will help us identify you and your request in our system. You will need to provide us with personal information, such as your name, address, and telephone number. You will also be asked to supply us with a unique password which is used to coordinate your images and manage your account. Billing information will also be collected at this time. Please be sure to fill out the information completely so your request can be processed as quickly as possible. All of the information you provide to us is strictly confidential. Next, you will need to select which method you would like to use to submit your pictures. If you choose to use our online process, you will upload your images using our request form which will continue to guide you through attaching your photographs and uploading them for our doctors to manipulate. You will be billed $29.95 on your selected credit card for each request you make. On the lefthand side of the page you will find a checklist that automatically keeps track of where you are at in the process, so you know which steps you have already completed and what you have left to do. You may also select the mail-in option for providing us with your pictures. If use this method to send us your request, you will need to complete the personal and billing information on the request form. However you can send us a hard copy of your picture and we will convert the pictures to digital images. There is an additional fee of $10 for this service.

After the images are modified, all images are uploaded to a secure area of our site, and you will be able to view the images online and then print them or save them to a file on your computer. Hard copies of pictures you sent to us will not be returned to you.
