Dr. Ratliff is committed to the highest level of excellence in his practice and continues to take the steps necessary to be at the forefront in his chosen specialty.

He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He is also active locally as a member of the Oklahoma State Medical Association and Tulsa County Medical Society. Dr. Ratliff is recognized by his peers, having been elected to the American Board of Plastic Surgeons, and is a member of the American College of Surgeons. He completed his medical degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and his specialty training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina.
